Automating Telecom Expense Management (TEM)

TSR has integrated over 18 years of Telecom Expense Management experience into a comprehensive telecom software process called CircuitPro.  Our patented CircuitPro software centrally manages our clients' telecom assets. Telecommunications inventories are always kept current through a provisioning module that tracks installs, de-installs, moves, adds, and changes. The invoicing module provides a consistent, consolidated invoice that allows for chargeback to specific Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs), departments or organizational agencies. There are also modules which maintain important customer and telecom contact information, track contractual documents such as term agreements and customer service records, and manage trouble tickets. TSR's CircuitPro telecom software was developed and is maintained by TSR, Incorporated, a U.S.-owned company.

TSR was awarded its patent (number 6891937) for CircuitPro TEM software and processes in May 2005.
